Answers to more rental questions:

• We have owned the property since Nov 2002 and lived in it since Jan 2003.
• There is no smoking anywhere on the property. Don't call and ask if we can sneak it in. We won't.
• No smoking means no tobacco, pot, incense, or commercial bbq briquettes. You can burn pure herbs on pure charcoal, bbq with natural briquettes (no lighter fluid), or eat anything you want.
• You pay for gas and electric, telephone, and cable (digital is available). There is no charge for well and septic. You can share our garage collection for free or pay for your own. I don't know if cable internet is available but DSL is.
• We would like first and last month's rent and a security deposit of $1300. But we are willing to be flexible for the right person.
• Your cats and other small pets are no problem. Quiet well-behaved dogs are okay. We don't have room for horses or goats but there are plenty of neighbors with unused pasture around you might be able to work something out with. Other livestock negotiable.
