You loosen tight braids
And let my hair caress me
Warming until you reach and snip
Me until I'm bare
Skin smooth as skin
I shiver more watching you
Through lashless eyes
Next to go is skin
Peeled swiftly I am unprotected
Aware of wind and pain
Then my muscles gone
I do not lift a hand
Or move my lips in protest
Next the senses I no longer
Need them they only tell
Me what you will do next
As you strip me of veins
And organs I lose life
Then bones and I no longer
Stand for you my support gone
What's left is marrow, essence
Then that too you sweep and
Sprinkle to the wind
